Jack Hunt Era

In 1963, Jack Hunt took the reins of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Institute and turned it on its ear.

In order to thrive, Embry-Riddle needed a cohesive campus with direct access to a runway. Tamiami Airport was closing, and a move became inevitable.
