From the Senior Vice President

Your impact on the future of aviation and aerospace is unmatched

In my two years at Embry-Riddle, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many of you at Oshkosh, OctoberWest, Homecoming and around the world at leading aviation and aerospace events. Every time I meet an Eagle, I’m struck by your commitment to supporting the next generation of Eagles through internships, mentorship and philanthropy. Your impact on the future of aviation and aerospace is unmatched!

Fall 2025 begins the celebration of Embry-Riddle’s centennial year. One hundred years ago, John Paul Riddle and T. Higbee Embry started an airmail service and a flying school. Since then, we have had so much to be proud of as a university, and you are an essential part of this story.

I’ve never been more inspired by Embry-Riddle’s place in the world, our potential to transform the lives of our students and the opportunity to build on 100 years of history to contribute to another exciting century of possibility.

I’m inviting you this year to celebrate your part in this history, to reconnect with other Eagles, to tell your story. Now is the time to join us at a campus event, at Oshkosh or another event on our full calendar: alumni.erau.edu/events.

In the meantime, reach out to either myself or our Alumni Engagement team. They will connect you with resources to advance your career and continue lifelong learning.

I look forward to meeting you.
