Hosseini and Dufour Honored For 25 Years of Dedication

Trustees honored with Sky King statues

The Embry-Riddle Board of Trustees recently honored Chairman Mori Hosseini (’79, ’82, ’13) and Trustee Ken Dufour (’85, ’89) for 25 years of service with Sky King statues. Hosseini, who has been a guiding force behind the university’s strategic direction, was celebrated for his visionary leadership over the last decade. Dufour, an aviation industry veteran, was recognized for his steadfast contributions to improving student life and other initiatives at Embry-Riddle.

Chairman Hosseini was also awarded a medallion of distinction, which recognizes individuals for outstanding contributions to the university. Given to only two other recipients since 2017, it recognized Chairman Hosseini’s 10 years of leading the board, as well as his passion for advancing the principles of good governance at Embry‑Riddle.
