Embry-Riddle’s Asia Campus in Singapore celebrated its largest graduating class to date with 112 diplomas awarded on Dec. 8, 2017. Keynote speaker Capt. Quay Chew Eng, senior vice president of the flight operations division of Singapore Airlines International Limited and a member of the Embry-Riddle Asia Campus Industry Advisory Board, addressed the graduates and more than 500 guests at the event.
Since its first commencement ceremony in 2012, Embry-Riddle has conferred more than 300 degrees from its Asia Campus, the university’s first and only location in Asia. The campus works closely with key partners Singapore Aviation Academy, Singapore University of Social Sciences (formerly UniSIM) and ERC Institute in Singapore to deliver doctoral, master’s and bachelor’s degree programs.
Embry-Riddle President P. Barry Butler, Worldwide Campus Chancellor John R. Watret and Asia Campus Vice Chancellor Graham Hunt were among the dignitaries who attended the ceremony.
